Listen up ladies and gentlemen, May is around the corner and that means that you have one more official month until beach season starts. Are you ready? Want to prove you’re ready? This is your last push, last chance to be fit as a fiddle (Tony Horton anyone?) this summer.
What you need to start:
· We’re going to need your stats. This is how we track progress and determine who wins each category. So this means we’d like to know your CW, measurements, your known lifting max, and your best run (distance and time).
· We want to know your goals! It’s always interesting to know what people set out to do for themselves in a month, so it’d be awesome if you could let us know. It’s easier to motivate someone when you know what they’re working towards.
· A picture of you in your favourite bikini or swim trunks. Before and After pictures are fun! If you’re not comfortable with this, no problem at all. It’s up to you.
· Motivation. More importantly, the motivation to do this the healthy way. They say that it takes 21 days to make a habit. Use this next month as a way to form good and healthy habits. Eating your meals, exercising daily, and getting a good night’s rest.
How is this going to work?
The person who has made the most progress, or reached their goal wins the challenge.
Because I don’t think this should be based on weight loss only (because that’s not everyone’s goal and people lose at different rates) there will be categories for winners.
Everyone who reaches their goal will be promo’d
Most amount of weight lost
Most inches lost
Best before and after picture (as voted on by followers)
Best lifting improvement
Best improvement on race distance
Best improvement on run time
Make sure you follow the blog because there will be bonus rounds to score extra points later on in the challenge.
Remember that we are fitblrs people! Listen to your body, don’t over exert yourself, and most of all KEEP EATING. Before you start make sure you have what it takes to eat clean for a month, and that you drink enough water per day. Stay healthy!
